I returned from being out of town for thanksgiving to a warm house, ac not working. Talked to Mark and Mark (father son) about my situation as my wife works at home and guests arriving. The same day they came out and inspected, assessed and came up with a solution. They then personally gave me options to replace. Within 48 hours working air again and a new unit.
