The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (IRS Section 25C) provides a credit equal to 30% of the cost for qualifying energy-efficient upgrades. The rest of this year unless extended or replaced

Heat Pumps: The credit for heat pumps is capped at $2,000. To qualify, the system must meet or exceed specific efficiency ratings (SEER2, EER2, and HSPF2) as defined by ENERGY STAR.
Central ACs & Furnaces: The credit for these systems is capped at $600. They must also meet specific efficiency standards, such as a minimum AFUE of 97% for gas furnaces.
The total annual limit for all credits under this program is $1,200, with a separate annual limit of $2,000 for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and biomass stoves/boilers.

Instead, some Florida residents may be eligible for rebates directly from their utility companies, such as Duke Energy and Florida Power & Light (FPL), which offer their own rebate programs for installing high-efficiency equipment. These utility rebates vary in amount and requirements.

Residence can combine federal tax credits and Florida rebates.

Please consult a tax specialist for exact details.  While you can often combine a federal tax credit with a rebate from a utility company, it is essential to be aware that some rebates may reduce the amount of your federal tax credit. According to the IRS, if a rebate comes from the manufacturer, distributor, seller, or installer, you must subtract the rebate amount from your total qualified expenses before calculating your tax credit.
Homeowners must file IRS Form 5695 along with manufacturer certification and installation invoices.
To claim the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit, you must:
File IRS Form 5695 with your tax return.

Keep a copy of the Manufacturer Certification Statement for the equipment, which verifies it meets the necessary efficiency requirements.
Retain invoices and receipts to prove the cost of the equipment and its installation. You do not need to submit these documents with your tax return, but you must have them in case of an audit.

The federal tax credit is tied to the efficiency of the specific model, not the brand itself. Many models from the brands listed, as well as many others, will qualify as long as they meet or exceed the required efficiency standards set by the IRS and ENERGY STAR. The most reliable way to confirm eligibility is to check the manufacturer's product documentation or the ENERGY STAR website for a list of qualifying models.

Please check with your Tax Professional for updates on credits and rebates that you may qualify for.
